Philadelphia Weed & Seed Project
Mission: The Philadelphia Weed and Seed Project, through empowerment of its citizens and by its citizens, seeks to coordinate and maximize federal, state, and local resources, both public and private, to reduce crime and improve the quality of life in the Weed and Seed target areas.
Vision: A community where residents of all ages collaborate to achieve and sustain access to excellence in education, resources, housing, and economic stability in a safe, healthy and well maintained environment anchored by collective responsibility.
